Virginia High School Baseball - Lake Braddock loses to Riverdale Baptist
April 14, 2018: Burke, VA 22015 The Lake Braddock Bruins baseball team (Burke, VA), was overwhelmed 13-8 in Saturday's non-league bout with the visiting Riverdale Baptist Crusader (Upper Marlboro, MD)
The Crusader now possess a 21-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mount St. Joseph for a non-league bout on Monday, April 16. Riverdale Baptist will face a Gaels team coming off a 10-6 non-league loss to Georgetown Prep (North Bethesda, MD). The Gaels record now stands at 7-9.
Next, the Bruins face the West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) in a bout, on Tuesday, April 17. Lake Braddock will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 6-4 record after their 9-6 league loss to Woodson (Fairfax, VA).
