California High School Basketball - Buena thwarted by Canyon

The Buena Bulldogs basketball team (Ventura, CA), dropped 52-41 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA)

The Cowboys now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Valencia for a Foothill battle on Friday, December 9. Canyon will battle a Vikings team coming off a 34-22 league win over West Ranch (Valencia, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 7-1.

The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA). The Spartans come into the Channel battle with a 4-3 record.
