North Carolina High School Football - Alexander Central victorious over Olympic

September 20, 2019: Taylorsville, NC 28681

The Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC) football overcame the visiting Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), 55-28 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) in a Northwestern 3A/4A bout, on Friday, October 4. Alexander Central will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record.

The Trojans (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Harding University (Charlotte, NC). The Rams enter the So Meck 7 4A bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Harding University was toppled by North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC), 24-15, in a non-league bout.
