The Devils Lake Firebirds (Devils Lake, ND) basketball knocked off the visiting Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND), 65-53 in Saturday's league test.

The Firebirds (22-0) will now prepare for their test against Fargo North (Fargo, ND). The Spartans go into the A East test with a 3-16 record. In their last test, Fargo North notched a victory over Wahpeton (Wahpeton, ND), 62-47, in a league test.
