In Monday's non-league challenge, the Scott Skyhawks (Madison, WV) baseball squad the visiting Sherman Tide (Seth, WV), by a final score of 6-2.

With the win, Scott upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Skyhawks travel to Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV) to battle the Tigers in a Cardinal challenge on Thursday, May 13. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 2-10. Chapmanville Regional lost 5-0 in their recent league challenge against Man (Man, WV)

With the defeat, Sherman falls to 13-5 on the season. The Tide travel to Riverside (Belle, WV) to battle the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 13.
