The Monta Vista Matadors baseball team (Cupertino, CA), was overwhelmed 8-1 in Tuesday's league outing with the host Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA)

The Trojans now hold a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fremont for a El Camino outing on Thursday, May 2. Milpitas will confront a Firebirds team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA). The Firebirds record now stands at 4-21.
