Washington High School Basketball - Nooksack Valley fells Burlington-Edison
January 26, 2022: Everson, WA 98247 Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA), 50-38 in a league bout.
With the win, Nooksack Valley upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Bellingham (Bellingham, WA) to clash with the Red Raiders in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout on Thursday, January 27. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Bellingham won 40-30 in their recent league bout against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Ferndale Golden Eagles (Ferndale, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout, on Friday, January 28. Burlington-Edison will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 60-49 league loss to Lynden (Lynden, WA).
