Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Hargrave Military Academy Tigers (Chatham, VA), 16-5 in a league test.

With the win, Blue Ridge upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Barons travel to Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA) to battle the Celtics in a non-league test on Friday, March 24. The Celtics come into the test with a record of 2-2.
