The Floyd Central Highlanders (Floyds Knobs, IN) basketball knocked off the host Scottsburg Warriors (Scottsburg, IN), 68-50 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Highlanders (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Seymour (Seymour, IN). The Owls go into the Hoosier Hills test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Seymour topped South Central (Elizabeth, IN), 61-34, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host North Harrison for a Mid-Southern test on Saturday, November 21. Scottsburg will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 48-44 non-league win over Crawford County (Marengo, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
