The Eureka Loggers (Eureka, CA) basketball knocked off the host Mt. Diablo Red Devils (Concord, CA), 56-46 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Loggers (5-7) will now prepare for their test against South Fork (Miranda, CA). The Cubs go into the non-league test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, South Fork was beaten by Athenian (Danville, CA), 54-29, in a non-league test.

The Red Devils now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Berean Christian for a Diablo Valley test on Tuesday, January 4. Mt. Diablo will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 49-32 non-league win over Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-3.
