The Ballard Bombers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Carroll Tigers to 0 in the Bombers non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Ballard improves its record to 8-12 on the year. The Bombers travel to Ames (Ames, IA) to clash with the Little Cyclones in a non-league game on Friday, June 30. The Little Cyclones come into the game with a record of 22-15. Ames lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Fort Dodge (Fort Dodge, IA)
