January 9, 2023: Silver Spring, MD 20905 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Blake Bengals (Silver Spring, MD) and the visiting Einstein Titans (Kensington, MD), saw Blake's basketball squad overcome Einstein by a tally of 61-47.
With the victory, Blake improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD) to confront the Knights in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Wheaton lost 58-17 in their recent non-league challenge against Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD)
Next up, the Titans confront the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. Einstein will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Barons come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 42-35 league win over Wootton (Rockville, MD).
