In Saturday's non-league outing, the Crow Creek Chieftains (Stephan, SD) basketball squad beat the visiting Todd County Falcons (Mission, SD), by a count of 53-43.

The Chieftains (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD). The Buffalos go into the A Region 6 outing with a 5-7 record.

The Falcons now hold a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Cheyenne-Eagle Butte for a non-league outing on Monday, January 22. Todd County will clash with a Braves squad coming off a 73-61 non-league loss to Lower Brule (Lower Brule, SD). The Braves record now stands at 6-3.
