January 6, 2024: Noble, OK 73068 The Noble Bears (Noble, OK) basketball nipped the visiting Perkins-Tryon Demons (Perkins, OK), 53-47 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bears (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Santa Fe South (Oklahoma City, OK). The Saints go into the 5A District 2 test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Santa Fe South got by Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK), 30-27, in a league test.
The Demons now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Bristow for a Tulsa Seven test on Tuesday, January 9. Perkins-Tryon will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 61-49 non-league win over McLoud (McLoud, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 8-3.
