The Fox Creek Predators (North Augusta, SC) basketball crushed the visiting Pelion Panthers (Pelion, SC), 80-46 in Thursday's league test.

The Predators (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Batesburg-Leesville (Batesburg, SC). The Panthers go into the AA Region 3 test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Batesburg-Leesville was trounced by Strom Thurmond (Johnston, SC), 55-44, in a league test.

The Panthers now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Strom Thurmond for a AA Region 3 test on Tuesday, January 16. Pelion will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 74-35 non-league win over Columbia (Columbia, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 14-5.
