The Eupora Eagles football team (Eupora, MS), was ripped 48-14 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Union Yellowjackets (Union, MS)

The Yellowjackets (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Forest (Forest, MS). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Forest was ripped by Mendenhall (Mendenhall, MS), 32-22, in a league challenge.

The Eagles now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host J.Z. George for a 2A Region 4 challenge on Friday, October 6. Eupora will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 54-12 league loss to Philadelphia (Philadelphia, MS). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-4.
