September 30, 2021: St. Michaels, AZ 86511 The St. Michael Cardinals (St. Michaels, AZ) volleyball tipped the visiting Pinon Eagles (Pinon, AZ), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, St. Michael upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Red Mesa (Teec Nos Pos, AZ) to play the Redskins in a 1A - North outing on Tuesday, October 5. The Redskins go into the outing with a record of 4-3. Red Mesa won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Fredonia (Fredonia, AZ)
The Eagles now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Valley for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 2. Pinon will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Pine Hill (Pine Hill, NM). The Pirates record now stands at 1-9.
