December 30, 2023: Mays Landing, NJ 08330 The Cumberland Colts (Seabrook, NJ) basketball crushed the host Oakcrest Falcons (Mays Landing, NJ), 34-13 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Colts (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Deptford (Deptford, NJ). The Spartans go into the Tri-County - Liberty test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, Deptford was trounced by Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ), 34-22, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Buena for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 3. Oakcrest will encounter a Chiefs squad coming off a 37-27 non-league loss to Pemberton (Pemberton, NJ). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-4.
