Illinois High School Basketball - St. Francis topples Huntley
January 15, 2022: Huntley, IL 60142 In Saturday's non-league outing, the St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL) basketball squad beat the host Huntley Red Raiders (Huntley, IL), by a margin of 59-46.
The Spartans (11-3) will now prepare for their outing against Ridgewood (Norridge, IL). The Rebels go into the Metro Suburban outing with a 1-14 record. In their last outing, Ridgewood was beaten by Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL), 74-27, in a league outing.
The Red Raiders now own a 16-3 record. They play next when they travel to Warren Township for a non-league outing on Monday, January 17. Huntley will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 69-36 non-league loss to Benet Academy (Lisle, IL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 9-7.
