December 15, 2018: Santa Fe, NM 87505 The New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Santa Fe, NM) basketball nipped the visiting Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels (Tucson, AZ), 25-23 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Roadrunners (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Phoenix Day School for the Deaf (Phoenix, AZ). The Roadrunners go into the non-league test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Phoenix Day School for the Deaf got by Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind (Tucson, AZ), 30-14, in a non-league test.
The Sentinels now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Academy of Tucson for a 1A South test on Tuesday, December 18. Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind will encounter a Lynx squad coming off a 60-22 league loss to Baboquivari (Sells, AZ). The Lynx record now stands at 3-8.
