The Sauk Centre Mainstreeters (Sauk Centre, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Big Lake Hornets (Big Lake, MN), 72-50 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Mainstreeters (7-1) will now prepare for their test against B O L D (Olivia, MN). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record.

The Hornets now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Zimmerman for a AAA Section 5 test on Thursday, January 4. Big Lake will encounter a Thunder squad coming off a 90-56 non-league win over Menahga (Menahga, MN). The Thunder record now stands at 4-6.
