California High School Basketball - California trounces Castro Valley
December 9, 2008: San Ramon, CA 94583 The California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Castro Valley Trojans (Castro Valley, CA), 62-39 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Grizzlies (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Concord (Concord, CA). The Minutemen go into the non-league test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Concord was trounced by Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA), 56-43, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host San Lorenzo for a Hayward Area test on Wednesday, December 17. Castro Valley will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 58-41 non-league loss to McClymonds (Oakland, CA). The Rebels record now stands at 2-3.
