The Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) soccer nudged the visiting Desert Christian Knights (Lancaster, CA), 3-2 in Tuesday's league bout.

With the win, Desert moves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Scorpions travel to Vasquez (Acton, CA) to battle the Mustangs in a Desert Mountain bout on Thursday, January 7. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Vasquez won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Antelope Valley (Lancaster, CA)
