The Yankton Bucks/Gazelles basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Roosevelt Rough Riders to 50 in the Bucks/Gazelles league victory on Friday.

The Bucks/Gazelles now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brandon Valley for a AA contest on Thursday, January 26. Yankton will battle a Lynx team coming off a 51-39 league loss to Aberdeen Central (Aberdeen, SD). The Lynx record now stands at 6-5.

The Rough Riders (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD). The Knights come into the AA contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, O'Gorman edged Lincoln (Sioux Falls, SD), 53-39, in a league contest.
