The Segerstrom Jaguars basketball team (Santa Ana, CA), was toppled 52-44 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA)

The Vanguards now possess a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Apple Valley for a non-league battle on Monday, December 27. El Modena will confront a Sun Devils team coming off a 41-17 non-league win over Arlington (Riverside, CA). The Sun Devils record now stands at 6-5.

The Jaguars (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA). The Matadors come into the non-league battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Bolsa Grande was toppled by Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA), 46-9, in a non-league battle.
