New York High School Baseball - City Honors loses to Griffith Institute

The City Honors Centaurs baseball team (Buffalo, NY), was overwhelmed 11-6 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Griffith Institute Griffins (Springville, NY)

The Griffins now hold a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alden for a ECIC IV outing on Monday, May 15. Griffith Institute will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-0 league win over Tonawanda (Tonawanda, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-4.

Next, the Centaurs confront the Burgard Bulldogs (Buffalo, NY) in a Buffalo Cornell Cup I outing, on Monday, May 15. City Honors will attempt to advance on its 13-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 1-5 record after their 22-4 league loss to Olmsted (Buffalo, NY).
