The George Ranch Longhorns thwarted the visiting Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs football team by a count of 35-21 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, George Ranch upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Longhorns host Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX) to encounter the Panthers in a 6A Region III District 20 outing on Thursday, October 14. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 5-1. Ridge Point won 44-0 in their recent league outing against Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX)

With the loss, Fort Bend Austin moves to 0-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX) to encounter the Broncos in a 6A Region III District 20 outing on Friday, October 15.
