The Hanover Hawks prevailed the visiting Godwin Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Hawks now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Matoaca for a non-league test on Monday, September 25. Hanover will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-6.

The Eagles (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Powhatan (Powhatan, VA). The Indians enter the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Powhatan dropped by Midlothian (Midlothian, VA), 3-0, in a league test.
