The Hoover Vikings football team (North Canton, OH), was ripped 42-9 in Friday's league challenge with the host McKinley Bulldogs (Canton, OH)

The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake (Uniontown, OH). The Blue Streaks come into the Federal challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Lake trounced Jackson (Massillon, OH), 21-7, in a league challenge.

The Vikings now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Perry for a Federal challenge on Friday, September 30. Hoover will meet a Panthers team coming off a 40-14 non-league win over Louisville (Louisville, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 4-2.
