The Wells Raiders basketball team (Chicago, IL), was nudged 45-43 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Chicago Marshall Commandos (Chicago, IL)

The Commandos now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Payton College Prep for a Chicago Public - White West contest on Friday, January 13. Chicago Marshall will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 51-34 league win over Legal Prep (Chicago, IL). The Grizzlies record now stands at 12-5.

The Raiders (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Crane Medical (Chicago, IL). The Cougars enter the Chicago Public - White West contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Crane Medical nudged Raby (Chicago, IL), 61-58, in a league contest.
