Oregon High School Basketball - Springfield overwhelms North Bend
February 1, 2022: Springfield, OR 97477 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Springfield Millers (Springfield, OR) and the visiting North Bend Bulldogs (North Bend, OR), saw Springfield's basketball squad wallop North Bend by a tally of 40-16.
With the victory, Springfield improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Millers travel to Eagle Point (Eagle Point, OR) to confront the Eagles in a 5A Midwestern challenge on Friday, February 4. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-8.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Ashland Grizzlies (Ashland, OR) in a 5A Midwestern challenge, on Friday, February 4. North Bend will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 75-24 league loss to Willamette (Eugene, OR).
