In Saturday's league outing, the North Posey Vikings (Poseyville, IN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Pike Central Chargers (Petersburg, IN), by a margin of 44-21.

The Vikings (8-11) will now prepare for their outing against Princeton (Princeton, IN). The Tigers go into the Pocket outing with a 14-4 record. In their last outing, Princeton smashed Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN), 65-63, in a non-league outing.

The Chargers now own a 2-18 record. They play next when they host Princeton for a Pocket outing on Thursday, January 18.
