The Grace Academy Lions basketball team (Matthews, NC), was nudged 65-64 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Cabarrus Charter Academy Huskies (Concord, NC)

The Huskies now possess a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sugar Creek Charter School for a non-league battle on Friday, January 24. Cabarrus Charter Academy will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 70-44 non-league loss to Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-14.

The Lions now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lee Park Prep for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 28.
