Arkansas High School Football - Cornerstone drops to Arkansas Christian Academy
October 2, 2021: Bryant, AR 72089 In Saturday's league game, the Arkansas Christian Academy Knights (Bryant, AR) football team knocked off the visiting Cornerstone Spartans (Joplin, MO), by a final score of 44-26.
The Knights (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Trinity Christian (Texarkana, AR). The Warriors come into the Heartland Christian (8 Man) game with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Trinity Christian gained a win over Abundant Life (North Little Rock, AR), 62-30, in a league contest.
Coming up next, the Spartans play the Unity Christian Academy Soldiers (Leland, MS) in a Heartland Christian (8 Man) contest, on Saturday, October 9. Cornerstone will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Soldiers go into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 40-20 league loss to Southwest Christian Academy (Little Rock, AR).
