The Live Oak Lions (Live Oak, CA) basketball nipped the host Biggs Wolverines (Biggs, CA), 51-50 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Lions (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Pierce (Arbuckle, CA). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record.

The Wolverines now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Willows for a non-league test on Thursday, December 15. Biggs will clash with a Honkers squad coming off a 60-52 non-league win over Winters (Winters, CA). The Honkers record now stands at 5-4.
