In Thursday's non-league outing, the Briggsdale Falcons (Briggsdale, CO) basketball squad beat the visiting Akron Rams (Akron, CO), by a count of 64-50.

The Falcons (6-0) will now prepare for their outing against Weldon Valley (Weldona, CO). The Warriors go into the 1A North Central outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Weldon Valley was topped by Caliche (Iliff, CO), 56-13, in a non-league outing.
