Washington High School Basketball - Glacier Peak thwarts Stanwood
December 8, 2021: Snohomish, WA 98296 The Glacier Peak Grizzlies (Snohomish, WA) basketball knocked off the visiting Stanwood Spartans (Stanwood, WA), 66-54 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Grizzlies (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Kentwood (Covington, WA). The Conquerors go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Kentwood went down by Tahoma (Maple Valley, WA), 61-58, in a league test.
The Spartans now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Lynnwood for a 2A/3A Wesco test on Friday, December 10. Stanwood will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 69-61 non-league loss to Sultan (Sultan, WA). The Royals record now stands at 0-2.
