The Tuscola Warriors (Tuscola, IL) basketball nipped the host Meridian Hawks (Macon, IL), 49-47 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Warriors (23-6) will now prepare for their test against Sullivan (Sullivan, IL). The Redskins go into the Central Illinois test with a 3-23 record. In their last test, Sullivan was tipped by Maroa-Forsyth (Maroa, IL), 72-47, in a non-league test.
