The Montgomery Aztecs (San Diego, CA) basketball held off the host Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA), 44-42 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Aztecs now possess a 14-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Victory Christian Academy for a South Bay battle on Friday, February 2. Montgomery will confront a Knights team coming off a 44-26 non-league win over Olympian (Chula Vista, CA). The Knights record now stands at 16-5.
