January 18, 2022: Marlborough, MA 01752 The Marlborough Panthers basketball team (Marlborough, MA), was overwhelmed 62-37 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Nashoba Regional Chieftains (Bolton, MA)
The Chieftains now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Middlesex Regional for a Midland-Wachusett B battle on Friday, January 21. Nashoba Regional will battle a Patriots team coming off a 41-36 league win over Tyngsborough (Tyngsborough, MA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-2.
The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Shepherd Hill Regional (Dudley, MA). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Shepherd Hill Regional trounced Groton-Dunstable (Groton, MA), 54-21, in a non-league battle.
