With the triumph, Anson improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Piedmont (Monroe, NC) to confront the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, October 5. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 0-6. Piedmont lost 8-7 in their recent non-league test against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC)
With the loss, Parkwood drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Wolf pack host Monroe (Monroe, NC) to confront the Redhawks in a non-league test on Thursday, October 5. The Redhawks come into the test with a record of 4-1. Monroe won 28-8 in their recent non-league test against Forest Hills (Marshville, NC)
