February 17, 2024: Brownsville, KY 42210 The Edmonson County Wildcats (Brownsville, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Hancock County Hornets (Lewisport, KY), 79-43 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (9-13) will now prepare for their test against Russellville (Russellville, KY). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 5-23 record. In their last test, Russellville was trounced by Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY), 88-58, in a non-league test.
The Hornets now own a 8-14 record. They play next when they travel to Union County for a non-league test on Saturday, February 17. Hancock County will encounter a Braves squad coming off a 71-44 league loss to Henderson County (Henderson, KY). The Braves record now stands at 11-11.
