Louisiana High School Basketball - New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy topped by GEO Next Generation

The GEO Next Generation Tigers basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs to 32 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Capitol for a non-league contest on Monday, January 22. GEO Next Generation will battle a Lions team coming off a 33-10 non-league win over Westminster Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA). The Lions record now stands at 5-10.

The Bulldogs (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Belle Chasse (Belle Chasse, LA). The Cardinals come into the 4A District 10 contest with a 2-13 record. In their last contest, Belle Chasse was defeated by Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (Kenner, LA), 42-17, in a non-league contest.
