The Meridian Trojans basketball team (Bellingham, WA), was nudged 63-61 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Bellingham Bayhawks (Bellingham, WA)

The Bayhawks now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Baker for a non-league battle on Friday, January 26. Bellingham will battle a Mountaineers team coming off a 57-43 non-league loss to Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 4-13.
