Ohio High School Basketball - Butler succumbs to Troy

January 27, 2023: Troy, OH 45373

The Troy Trojans topped the visiting Butler Aviators basketball team by a final score of 49-41 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Sidney Yellowjackets (Sidney, OH) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 31. Troy will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the game with a 7-11 record after their 92-64 non-league loss to Memorial (St. Marys, OH).

With the defeat, Butler moves to 9-7 on the year. The Aviators travel to Xenia (Xenia, OH) to face the Buccaneers in a non-league game on Saturday, January 28. The Buccaneers enter the game with a record of 4-8. Xenia won 65-41 in their recent league game against Sidney (Sidney, OH)
