Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA), 6-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights confront the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) in a 4A Area 8 challenge, on Thursday, March 21. Johnson will attempt to better on its 8-1 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Chestatee (Gainesville, GA).

The Jaguars now have a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southwest DeKalb for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 21. Cedar Shoals will confront a Panthers team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Clarkston (Clarkston, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-7.
