The Fort Bend Travis Tigers football team (Richmond, TX), was beaten 28-13 in Saturday's league challenge with the host George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX)

The Longhorns (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX). The Panthers come into the 6A Region III District 20 challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Ridge Point achieved victory over Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX), 64-0, in a league challenge.

The Tigers now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Bend Elkins for a 6A Region III District 20 challenge on Friday, September 29. Fort Bend Travis will meet a Knights team coming off a 31-16 league loss to Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX). The Knights record now stands at 1-3.
