The McCollum Cowboys basketball team (San Antonio, TX), was nudged 52-50 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Jay Mustangs (San Antonio, TX)

The Mustangs now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John F. Kennedy for a non-league battle on Friday, December 12. Jay will battle a Rockets team coming off a 60-57 league loss to Floresville (Floresville, TX). The Rockets record now stands at 4-8.

The Cowboys (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Central Catholic (San Antonio, TX). The Buttons come into the non-league battle with a 4-8 record.
