December 19, 2018: Gilbert, AZ 85297 The Campo Verde Coyotes basketball team (Gilbert, AZ), was overwhelmed 46-25 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting ThunderRidge Grizzlies (Highlands Ranch, CO)
The Grizzlies now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 20. ThunderRidge will battle a Hawks team coming off a 53-49 league win over Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ). The Hawks record now stands at 10-4.
The Coyotes (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Higley (Gilbert, AZ). The Knights come into the 5A San Tan battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, Higley was overwhelmed by Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ), 39-29, in a league battle.
