Marion Center Stingers (Marion Center, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA), 63-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Marion Center upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The Stingers host West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA) to play the Wolves in a Heritage bout on Thursday, January 13. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 4-4.

Next up, the Red Dragons play the Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) in a Heritage bout, on Wednesday, January 19. Purchase Line will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record.
